Payment for e-Learning courses is non-refundable.

Instructor-Led Course Offerings

• A full refund of the course fee will be granted to individuals who cancel up to three weeks before an instructor-led training session begins or if a replacement can be found prior to the start of the session.
• Confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled session will be liable for the entire course fee. 
  
• Any course fees retained by ITT IP may be applied to future training sessions within a 12-month time frame, starting from the first day of the missed session.
• ITT IP reserves the right to cancel any training session up to two weeks before the start date. If a training session is cancelled, ITT IP’s liability is limited to the return of the course fee to the enrolled individuals.
